摘要:
 目的 探讨磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,PI3K)、苏氨酸蛋白激酶(serine-threonine kinase,AKT)、第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶和张力蛋白同源物基因(phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted from chromosome 10,PTEN)在脑胶质瘤中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法 本院收治的43例脑胶质瘤患者为观察组,30例其他脑部疾病患者为对照组; 根据病理分级分为低级别组23例和高级别组20例; 计算各组PI3K、AKT、PTEN表达阳性率。结果 观察组PI3K、AKT阳性率显著高于对照组(<i>P</i>&lt;0.05); 观察组PTEN阳性率显著低于对照组(<i>P</i>&lt;0.05); 低级别组PI3K阳性率和AKT阳性率显著低于高级别组(<i>P</i>&lt;0.05); 低级别组PTEN阳性率显著高于高级别组(<i>P</i>&lt;0.05); Pearson相关性分析表明:PI3K与AKT呈显著正相关(<i>r</i>=0.882,<i>P</i>&lt;0.05); PI3K、AKT与PTEN呈显著负相关(<i>r</i>=-0.753,-0.775,<i>P</i>&lt;0.05)。结论 PI3K、AKT、PTEN可相互作用,能够反映脑胶质瘤病情进展。
Abstract:
  ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of AKT, PTEN and PI3K in glioma and analyze its clinical significance.Methods 43 cases with brain glioma patients were taken as the observation group while 30 cases of other brain diseases as the control group. In the observation group, 23 cases were divided into low grade group and 20 cases were divided into high grade group according to the pathological grade. The positive rates of AKT, PTEN and PI3K were statistically analyzed, and the correlation was analyzed.Results the positive rate of PI3K, AKT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), while the positive rate of PTEN in the observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). The positive rate of PI3K and AKT in the low grade group were significantly lower than those of the high-level group(P<0.05). The positive rate of PTEN in the low grade group was significantly higher than that of high grade group(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between PI3K and AKT(P<0.05), while PI3K, AKT and PTEN had significantly negative correlation(r=-0.753)与中文摘要结果不符.Conclusion PI3K, AKT and PTEN can interact with each other, which can reflect the progress of brain glioma.
