摘要:
目的 探讨血清硫氧还蛋白、褪黑激素与阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)患者病情严重程度的关系。方法 选取2018年1月-2019年12月于本院随诊的AD患者94例作为AD组,另选取同时期于本院体检的健康人80例作为对照组(CON组); 比较2组不同AD病情程度下血清硫氧还蛋白、褪黑激素水平及相关量表评分的差异,分析血清硫氧还蛋白和褪黑激素水平与AD病情程度及相关量表评分的相关性。结果 AD组血清硫氧还蛋白、褪黑激素水平及简易精神状态检查量表(Mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MOCA)评分明显低于CON组(P均<0.05),而日常生活能力量表(Activity of daily living,ADL)评分明显高于CON组(P<0.05)。AD组血清硫氧还蛋白、褪黑激素水平、MMSE及MOCA评分均随着病情的加重逐级下降(P均<0.05),而ADL评分随着病情的加重逐级上升(P<0.05); Pearson相关性分析显示,AD组血清硫氧还蛋白、褪黑激素水平均与AD分级、ADL评分呈明显的负相关(-0.730<r<-0.620,P均<0.05),而与MMSE,MOCA评分呈明显的正相关(0.720<r<0.890,P均<0.05)。结论 AD患者血清中硫氧还蛋白、褪黑激素水平明显下降,且二者可以较好地反映患者的病情严重程度,此为AD的诊治提供新思路。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between serum thioredoxin and melatonin levels and the severity of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods A total of 94 AD patients who were followed up in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled as the AD group, while 80 healthy patients who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group(CON group). The correlation between serum thioredoxin and melatonin and the severity of AD was analyzed.Results The serum thioredoxin and melatonin levels, Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MOCA)scores of the AD group were significantly lower than those of the CON group(all P< 0.05), while the activity of daily living(ADL)scores in the AD group were significantly higher than those of the CON group(all P<0.05). The serum thioredoxin, melatonin, MMSE score, and MOCA score of the AD group all decreased gradually with the aggravation of the disease(all P< 0.05), while the ADL score increased gradually with the aggravation of the disease(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum thioredoxin and melatonin levels in the AD group were negatively correlated with AD grade and ADL score(all P<0.05), while positively correlated with the MMSE score and MOCA score(all P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of thioredoxin and melatonin are decreased in AD patients, and reflect the severity of the disease. Our results provide new ideas for the diagnosis of AD.
