目的 探讨帕金森病(PD)黑质各向异性分数(FA)值的变化特点。方法 对PD患者单侧症状组10例,PD双侧症状组20例和20例健康对照组行常规MRI和DTI扫描,描绘并测量黑质头部(SNr)、黑质体部(SNm)、黑质尾部(SNc)各感兴趣区(ROI)的FA值。结果 PD单侧症状组黑质体部(0.363±177;0.036,0.371±177;0.035)、尾部(0.454±177;0.027,0.464±177;0.038)FA值和PD双侧症状组黑质头部(0.380±177;0.031)、体部(0.352±177;0.031)、尾部(0.431±177;0.033)FA值均较对照组(0.440±177;0.047,0.384±177;0.033,0.481±177;0.042)明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 黑质FA值下降对早期帕金森病的诊断有一定价值。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo detect the changes of fractional anisotropy in subtantia nigra of PD patients with magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI).Methods 50 subjects(10 PD patients with unilateral symptoms, 20 PD patients with bilateral symptoms and 20 subjects in the control group)were studied with DTI as well as conventional MRI. The substantia nigra is divided into the rostral part of substantia nigra(SNr), the middle part of substantia nigra(SNm), and the caudal part of substantia nigra(SNc). Regions of interst(ROI)were drawn in the SNr, SNm, SNc. Fractional anisotropy(FA)values were obtained from above ROIs and the results were analyzed.Results The fractional anisotropy of SNm(0.363±177;0.036, 0.371±177;0.035)and SNc(0.454±177;0.027,0.464±177;0.038)in PD group with unilateral symptoms and the fractional anisotropy of SNr(0.380±177;0.031), SNm(0.352±177;0.031), and SNc(0.431±177;0.033)in PD group with bilateral symptoms were significantly different from those in the matched control group(0.440±177;0.047, 0.384±177;0.033,0.481±177;0.042).Conclusion The decline of fractional anisotropy in substantia nigra has a practical value in the early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
