摘要:
目的 探讨Essen评分联合CTA对短暂性脑缺血发作患者发生脑梗死的评估价值。方法 选择2017年1月-2017年8月本院神经内科住院部收治的TIA患者115例; 以Essen(0~2分)、CTA无狭窄或轻度狭窄(0分)或Essen联合CTA(0~3分)作为低风险,以Essen(3~6分)、CTA中重度狭窄(1~2分)或Essen联合CTA(>3分)评定为高风险; 比较不同危险分层患者TIA后1年脑梗死发生率的差异。结果 低风险者脑梗死发生率均明显低于高风险者(P<0.05)。Essen评分法、Essen联合CTA评分法的受试者工作特征曲线下面积(area under the receiver operating characteristic curve,AUC)与参考线下面积(0.5)比较有明显差异(P<0.05),其中与Essen评分法比较,Essen联合CTA评分法对TIA后1年发生脑梗死的AUC更高。结论 Essen评分联合CTA进一步提高TIA患者发生脑梗死的评估价值。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the assessment value of Essen score combined CTA in cerebral infarction occurred by transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods 115 cases of TIA admitted in neurology inpatient ward of our hospital from January 2017 to August 2017 were selected. Essen(0 ~2point), CTA no or mild stenosis(0 point)or Essen combined CTA(0~3points)were as low-risks, Essen(3~6points), CTA moderate-severe stenosis(1~2 point)or Essen combined CTA(3~6 points)were as high risks. The rates of cerebral infarction occurred by TIA for 1 year among the different risk stratification were compared.Results The rate of cerebral infarction in low-risks was significantly lower than that in high-risks(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference among AUC of Essen score, Essen combined CTA and reference line area(0.5)(P<0.05), compared with Essen, AUC of Essen score combined CTA for cerebral infarction occurred by TIA was higher.Conclusion Essen score combined CTA could further improve the assessment value of Essen score combined CTA in cerebral infarction occurred by TIA.
