摘要:
目的 探讨经颅多普勒(Transcranial doppler TCD)超声在偏头痛研究中的研究热点、研究前沿及发展趋势。方法 基于中国知网,借助CiteSpace等分析工具,采用可视化分析、共现分析、突发性检测等方法对经颅多普勒超声在偏头痛研究中的文献分布特征、热点领域、研究前沿等进行分析。结果 在中国知网中共检索出613篇文献; 发文量在时间分布上先后经历起步阶段、发展阶段和稳定阶段后近年来呈下降趋势; 各研究机构间合作稀疏,仅有个别有规模的合作团体形成; 作者间形成了一定规模的合作团队,但总体以机构内部合作为主要特征; TCD在偏头痛研究中的热点领域主要集中在4个方面,分别是偏头痛诊断和发病机制的研究、TCD在儿童偏头痛中的研究、偏头痛与卵圆孔未闭相关性研究、偏头痛治疗方法的研究。结论 偏头痛诊疗问题始终是亟需解决的重要课题,偏头痛与右向左分流相关性研究可能会是未来一段时期内学者们关注的重点。
